Kevin Beadell and Gregg Dutton
After gaining football coaching qualifications at 18, Kevin began his own soccer school. Premier Soccer School Ltd was founded running from Plumberow Primary School before expanding around South East Essex.
Gregg studied sports at degree level and after University joined Kevin to help with the Soccer Schools expansion. The pair were responsible for setting up mini-soccer teams at Ashingdon youth FC and started hundreds of children on their football paths.
Both increased their coaching range by gaining qualifications in other sports.
In 2004 Plumberow Primary and Down Hall school initiaited their PPA time a year before other schools. PE was identified as an expertise area that could be improved and covered in PPA time.
Kevin and Gregg then originated Primary PE Ltd and worked in these two leading schools. The success of the initial year raised awareness amongst other Head teachers and Primary PE expanded quickly.
Since that time Kevin and Gregg have further widened their coaching knowledge and skills. Kevin also works for Manchester United as a junior and senior scout, as well as being a first team assessor, reporting on future opponents.
Gregg has co-ordinated the planning and report forms for the company as it has grown. Both directors have forged close contacts with local sports colleges and ensured the company has worked in line with local county requirements.
As well as coaching in schools, both Kevin and Gregg meet head teachers, PE co-ordinators and take time to observe each coach. The development of each coach is seen as very important for the company to develop.
The pair are driven to provide high quality PE in schools, ensure each child enjoys the lessons and for the company to gain an excellent reputation.

Head Coach
Wayne Toovey
Wayne is a vastly experienced coach who comes from a strong football back ground. After playing at a very good non league level, Wayne took up coaching to pass on his knowledge to the younger generation.
Wayne is a Uefa qualified football coach but has expanded his coaching skills and qualifications in many different areas to now deliver high quality PE for a great number of different sports.
He has been approached by many professional football clubs to work in their academies but has remained loyal to Premier Soccer School and Primary PE Ltd to now rightly earn his head coach role.
Wayne coaches with great enthusiasm and is constantly working on new ideas in delivering his coaching sessions. His knowledge is passed on to the other coaches as he looks to further their ability.
Wayne can provide free sample PE lessons to any interested schools to demonstrate the high quality PE the company can provide.
